Our new favorite "dessert" is fruit smoothies. Matt has become a pro at making them and every combination he dreams up turns out delicious.
We always start with some assortment of frozen fruit (strawberries, mixed berries, mango, blueberries, etc.), milk and yogurt (strawberry, vanilla, honey almond, black cherry, etc.). Then we sometimes add in bananas and honey.
We haven't throw anything together yet that we didn't like, but have definitely discovered some favorites. Last night our ingredients included frozen blueberries, 1 banana, honey almond yogurt, milk and honey. Yum yum. Best thing is, these are a healthy alternative to other desserts.


We did this for awhile too! Just be careful because you can get burned out on them. I know we did! Just an fyi, the trainer in my boot camp last year said to use water rather than milk or OJ because it is much healthier. We would put mainly water and just a little OJ or milk. I thought they were just as good.
