perfect equation

as many people are aware, i'm not all that great with numbers, but this equation totally makes sense to me...summer + sun + pool = relaxation and happiness :)



it's been a long time since my friends and i have had a relaxing summer and truly been able to enjoy it. through all the wedding mania, something had to give, and unfortunately that was pool time. bummer. but, we have finally reclaimed our weekends and i fully intend to make the best of it.

i plan on keeping a mental list of the number of pool days i par-take in this summer, but i already know it will be more than the last 3 or 4 years combined. how sad is that?!

off to a good start so far. went to the pool on the first weekend of the "un-official" start to summer (aka, memorial weekend), and have been one other time.

let's hope that saturday and/or sunday's weather cooperates so i can add another day to my checklist!
