Sun, where are you?

Hello?  Where have all the sunny weekends gone?  This summer was supposed to be filled with pool days, but everytime the weekend rolls around the weathermen say rain is headed our way.  Now don't get me wrong, I know we need rain, especially as a homeowner now I do understand.  But come on!  There are 5 other days during the week when the rain can show up.  Doesn't always have to be Saturday and Sunday.  Apparently it's God's way of telling me I need a nap more than I need a tan.

Regardless, we had a great long weekend.  Had lots of family time, celebrated Diane's birthday (she's a July 4th baby!), and got lots of housework done.  Successful, despite the lack of pool weather.  Hope everyone else had a good time too!
