Blog Award Winner

Ok, so I didn't actually win a blog award.  Not sure my 1 post every couple weeks and less-than-exciting topics are going to win me any awards.  However, my friend, Megan, did post this on her blog, and in honor of this award she has given me, I'm supposed to list seven random facts about myself.
Giddy up...

1. I am ambidextrous.  Technically I am left-handed because that's the hand I write with, but I use my right hand for a ton of things. Plus, there are a variety of things I can do equally well with both hands.  Comes in handy sometimes.  he-he.

2. I have never had an actual growth spurt where my pants fit one week and the next they were high-waters.  Still waiting for that...

3. I fractured my elbow falling down a concrete staircase at work during my 5th year of college.  Nice.

4. I absolutely hate taking shots of alcohol.

5. I used to have seizures while I was sleeping.  They started when I was 11 years old and the doctors called it nocturnal epilepsy.  I eventually stopped having them right before I left for college.  My brother also had nocturnal epilepsy and eventually grew out of them as well.

6. I had Lasik surgery in 2008.  One of the best decisions I have ever made.

7. I got Mono on my 16th birthday - my so-called "golden birthday."

I believe I'm supposed to pass this award along to someone else, so my choice is...
